Lucky Course Terms

LUCKY TRAFFIC SCHOOL'S STUDENT TERMS

You do not have to pay for Lucky Traffic School's course until you're ready. Start the course, and pay later if you would like although you cannot start the final exam before you pay for the course. We are so confident that you will love our course that we will allow you to enroll in our program and pay ONLY to take the final exam. To keep prices low and to minimize fraud, once you agree to pay, there will be no refunds. This policy is similar to ones imposed by the Courts.

After receiving payment and successfully passing the final exam, Lucky Traffic School will issue a completion certificate. That certificate is how you'll get your ticket off of your driving record. It is your responsibility that the Court receives the certificate by your completion due date. Be sure you complete the course far enough in advance to assure the certificate can be submitted in time.

In a select number of Courts, you will have the option of expediting the delivery of your certificate through a 3rd party mail delivery service. If you choose to pay for this service, Lucky Traffic School will carefully prepare your package according to the carriers guidelines and submit the package to the carrier prior to the posted daily cut off times. We will use the current mailing address we have on file. It is your responsibility to provide the proper mailing address PRIOR to shipment. When available, the student will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used to track the package. Once the package leaves Lucky Traffic School offices, it is the student's responsibility to track and receive the package in a timely manner. If the package is returned to Lucky Traffic School due to undeliverable circumstances, an additional charge will be required to mail another package.

You may not have another person take Lucky Traffic School's course for you. YOU MUST complete the course on your own in order for the ticket to be removed from your driving record. You attest, under penalty of perjury that you completed the course on your own. If Lucky Traffic School suspects that you committed fraud while taking this course, we will have no choice but to report the incident to your court.

This is the only agreement between you and Lucky Traffic School. Lucky Traffic School has no other verbal or written agreement with you. You have to agree to this agreement to be eligible to take Lucky Traffic School's course. You are prohibited from violating Lucky Traffic School's copyrights, copying the course, or giving it to another person. You are only licensed to take the course. Lucky Traffic School owns all materials presented in this course. This agreement is subject to change with little or no notice.

There is no warranty of reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Lucky Traffic School will try to maintain the course to be accurate. Lucky Traffic School is not liable for any damages incurred by you or by another person due to anything in Lucky Traffic School's course.

If you use this site, it is at your own risk. The web site is intended to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but may be down for short periods due to unexpected circumstances or system maintenance. It is expected that your computer is protected from computer viruses.

Any disputes between you and Lucky Traffic School will be settled in the courts which are closest to the city of Los Angeles, Los Angles County, California. You agree to granting personal jurisdiction over you in such dispute to the courts in Contra Costa County, California.

The liability of Lucky Traffic School or its agents, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors, assignees (or their family members) to you, to any third party beneficiaries, or to anyone claiming liability by virtue of this agreement or Lucky Traffic School's services, if any, shall not exceed the price you paid for this course (not including any expedited delivery fees).

Lucky Traffic School does not render legal advice to anyone, including students. Review any reference to any law, including references for laws from the California Vehicle Code. You are responsible for hiring a lawyer if you need one.

No ambiguity or question of interpretation shall be resolved by any rule of interpretation requiring or allowing interpretation against the drafting person or entity.
